Hythiam's Board of Directors has adopted a code of ethics applicable to its Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Principal Accounting Officer and all other persons in position of authority who may be capable of compromising financial integrity. The policy has been distributed to all Hythiam employees for adherence and promotion of Hythiam's high level of commitment to financial integrity. The company's policy is to file a copy of its code of ethics as an exhibit to its annual report on Form 10-K.
